Our Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.

- Any item from a limited thematic drop (e.g., Modern Rodeo Drop I or Modern Rodeo Drop II), unless faulty.
- Customized or personalized pieces.
Step-by-Step Process
1. Initiate Your Return or Exchange
Within 15 days of delivery, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details. You may use the template below for clarity.
2. Receive Authorization & Instructions
We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping your return. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
3. Ship Your Item
Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.

4. Inspection & Processing
Once received at our studio, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.

- Upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

- The original shipping cost (Standard or Free Shipping via EMS) is non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please inquire about stock for your desired alternative from our Collections, Core, Bracelets, or Rings lines.
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference. If it is of lower value, a refund for the difference will be issued.
- We will ship the exchanged item using your preferred shipping method (Standard or Free Shipping for orders over $50).
