Our Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.

Please Note: For hygiene and personalization reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Pendant Earrings (due to close contact wear)
  • Gold Earrings (all styles, including Hoops)
  • Any item from a limited thematic drop (e.g., Modern Rodeo Drop I or Modern Rodeo Drop II), unless faulty.
  • Customized or personalized pieces.

Step-by-Step Process

1. Initiate Your Return or Exchange

2. Receive Authorization & Instructions

We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping your return. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.

3. Ship Your Item

Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please inquire about stock for your desired alternative from our Collections, Core, Bracelets, or Rings lines.
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference. If it is of lower value, a refund for the difference will be issued.
