  • Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15–25 business days after dispatch.

2. Receive Authorization & Instructions

We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.

3. Ship Your Item

Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please inquire about stock for your desired alternative from our Collections, Core, Bracelets, or Rings lines.
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference. If it is of lower value, a refund for the difference will be issued.
  • We will ship the exchanged item using your preferred shipping method (Standard or Free Shipping for orders over $50).

Faulty or Incorrect Items
